How-to: Don't Pay 5% to ARAMEX
The best thing in the world that Aramex thinks the customers are idiots to cheat them. There is one way to avoid paying the 5% to customs, or in another word Aramex:
1- When order anything, ask the company to make your an invoice below 100$, so there is no 5%, and they will be happy to do it for you 
2- There is no customs charges or taxes on PCs, laptops, and mobile ( Mobile Accessories and PC Hardware not included) . Even your laptop costs you 10,000$, NO CUSTOMS CHARGES AT ALL!
So, all you have to do to pay them 1kd, and please choose an old dinar for them. Whats happening now, its like you pay the %5 and the 1 kd for another customers. Its complicated to describe it here, but the truth .. Aramex needs some money.

Yeah, Tell them we have taxes on all goods over 100$, but ask’em before you order.
On ebay, ask the buyer to make a new deal outside ebay. For example, you wanna buy a new jeans for 450$, first pay 400$ and then pay 50$ and ask him to put the 50$ as an invoice for you with the package.
ARE YOU SURE THERE IS NO CUSTOM DUTY ON MOBILE PHONES ? IF ARAMEX ASKS FOR 5% THEN FROM WHERE I CAN SHOW THEM EXEMPTED ITEMS DETAILS OR LEGAL EVIDENCE TO SHUT THEM UP.I DIDNT FIND ANY SUCH DETAILS AT KUWAIT CUSTOMS WEBSITE.PLEASE LET ME KNOW…

Sure you can ask the the seller to make your invoice less then $100. But what happens if for some reason your $2000 shipment for example got lost or damaged? you will get a refund for whats on the invoice which is $100 only!

why dont you guys stop chating for nothig and visit the customs and check with their manager at the airport, i checked my self and he confirmed the status for all companies. we used to pay 20 KD + 5% and now you guys are complaining!!!

Amazon is a multi-billion, publicly listed company regulated by the SEC, which is not going to jeopardize its name and reputation by slapping on a fake invoice.
Use common sense before giving people advice.

And BTW, all merchants here in Kuwait CHANGED THE REAL PRICE to REDUCE TAXES and do not be the ONLY SHAREEF ROMA here.
