I’m thinking to stop blogging, not for I don’t have ideas or something to write, but I hate re-blogging staff from another local blogs. I’m specialized to make reviews or bring some information that can help you all to make the right decision, but I don’t really have the time to review everything. In addition, this is my last year in the university so I need to focus on my study more than blogging. So, excuse me

I believe in next 5-10 years we will not see social networks like Facebook and twitter. In the last decade, we saw many programs disappear by moving to another alternative. Like what happened with mIRC, Who use it right now? I think the era of mIRC will back again if no one can use torrent. The social networks will be memories because of the nature of the human which we love to connect in reality, not in the internet. We love seeing emotions and behaviors, not simple words in a comment.

Yes, we use it right now to connect with many people around the world. In fact, we must stop using these websites because it kills the relationships between us. Facebook knows more than our parents know about us, every tiny details. I don’t hate the idea of Facebook or social networks, but I hate the way how we use it. Popularity or more friends is not a measure of love and likeness. So, what will happened in next 5-10 years?

I think all these social networks will disappear with something new, but I don’t know what is this new thing will be. In addition, as an internet user from 1998, each month we use something new. Expensive staff became cheap and old staff vanished. We should deal with any project on the internet in the short-term only EXCEPT business projects like eBay and Amazon. These projects will last not forever, but will last in the long-term IF there is an expansion plan for each short-term.

Dear Readers

 We are undertaking a personal campaign to raise KD75, 000 to cover the costs of a bone marrow transplant and hospitalisation for Farah, an 11 year old Egyptian girl who was diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2005 and underwent chemotherapy treatment at NBK hospital with a very good chance of making a full recovery. Unfortunately she has had two relapses since then and a bone marrow transplant, which is not available in Kuwait, is now her only chance of survival. To achieve this I am looking for 150 people to each raise KD500 from their families and friends within one week.
